Hotel Takeover!

12/9/24 Update- Wow! We are grateful how excited everyone is to adventure with us! We are 80% sold out of tickets and the host hotel is currently sold out. Some options: We have a waitlist for hotel rooms for us to reach out to individuals if rooms open up. Reach out to friends you know to room with! Many rooms can fit 4-6 people. Any couches become pull-outs.

$162/night, 2 nights min (Fri and Sat)**

Group Price will be honored 3 nights pre- and post- event

The earlier you reserve, the more likely to snag an upgraded room!

How to Reserve Hotel Room:

Check your ticket confirmation email.

The email is titled: "Registration Confirmation To Tempest Gatherings, LLC"

Please be kind to other guests Thursday evening/Friday morning. We have the Hotel all to ourselves Friday midday to Sunday midday. The Hotel is normally a business hotel, don't give anyone a shock! Street legal clothing required prior to Noon Friday and after Noon Sunday.

**If you can only do Fri or Sat night, there will be a roommate/roomshare thread to find someone to split the weekend with on Fetlife (ex: you can only do Fri and someone else can only do Sat so you split the days).

***If you get an error that there are no rooms available, make sure you have Friday through Sunday selected (2 nights)

Important information: The hotel puts a credit card hold on your card of $100 per day (at your arrival) for damages. This is their normal policy, we have no say over it. Please plan accordingly.
